Whether you have a specific goal in mind, are interested in taking a class, or looking for some individual training sessions - I will aim to get you one step closer to fulfilling your needs. Do not hesitate to contact me - one of my biggest goals is to be approachable and make your fitness experience fun and enjoyable.

WHAT'S MY STORY?

I became interested in fitness at the ripe old age of 7 years old. My mother asked me how many sit-ups I could do: I struggled to do one. At this moment, I made it my goal to learn as much about fitness as possible.

I believe that there are many types of people in this world and that there is not one workout that fits all. Fitness is a state of mind and carries over into every area of our lives. It is important to realize our goals and then seek a solution to attain them. I seek to make working out as enjoyable an experience as possible for everyone. I believe that all goals can be achieved through hard work, focus, dedication, and determination.
