Mission Statement I became interested in fitness at the ripe old age of 7 years old. My mother asked me how many sit-ups I could do: I struggled to do one. At this moment, I made it my goal to learn as much about fitness as possible. I believe
that there are many types of people in this world and that there is not
one workout that fits all. It is important to realize our goals and then
seek a solution to attain them. I seek to make working out as enjoyable
an experience as possible for everyone. I believe that all goals can be
achieved through hard work, focus, dedication, and determination.
